Alright, hear me out here. Its all positive in the end. I did ton of research prior to picking this harness. When I received it I was a little concerned bc of how light and thin the harness is. On the website it looks more... cushy(?). I followed the sizing video instructions to fit it to her which were excellent (thank you for that!) and it was an perfect fit. Our pup seemed comfortable, albeit a little irritate at first as the harness did not allow her to pull as much (huge win for us) but she got along just fine with it after a few walks. Biggest test was a 10 day hiking trip which the harness held up fantastically for! It allowed us to assist our pup climbing and guide her more confidently. The material is very sturdy and held up without issue and cleaned easily. It did not cause and chaffing or irritation around our dogs sensitive skin and largely stayed in place without stretching. I would recommend this harness to any adventure dog.

Was searching forever for a proper fitting harness for our border collie but every one we bought or tried would slide up past his ribs due to his shape. The saker harnsess was the answer all along the adjustability and quality of the harness is amazing.

Got the muse after looking for good adventure harnesses online with capabilities of being a normal harness and one with punches for longer trips.
It's easy to adjust and fits my girl really well. She seems to be comfortable. The handle for lifting her in awkward situations is very useful and quite fun to carry her too.
So far durability has been great and it's seen some extreme terrain. We will see how it handles the winter and slopes but so far a great harness overall.

Best harness yet! I have a very active, energetic, strong puppy (66lb boxer mix whose willpower knows no limits) and the harness has been perfect for several reasons: 1. Probably the best feature is that the straps are further back from his shoulders so they don’t impede movement or pinch or chafe. 2. The leash clip is a few inches further back than any other harness I’ve had; as a result, if he’s pulling on the leash (if he sees a squirrel) the torque is more distributed within the harness and not against his neck. 3. Having a longer harness with a 3rd strap makes him more secure in the harness and if I need to use the handle to help him up at all, it distributes the weight and pull more evenly. 4. The harness is so lightweight! It really moves with him.

He’s never had an issue with harnesses going over his head but I can see that it would be a big upside for dogs that do.

With the extra straps and buckle at the front, I highly recommend taking the time to make all the initial fit adjustments the day before you want to use it if you have a dog that doesn’t like to sit still. That way it’s ready to go when you are! I also recommend just keeping an eye on how the fit is going during that first walk or hike. We made some adjustments on the fly that first day. But ever since then everything has stayed put. I also really appreciate the fact that once I adjusted the straps, they haven’t come loose.

This harness has been worth every penny. I highly recommend it.

Extremely well constructed. My puppy is a standard poodle, very lean, a leash would not work. The harness solves multiple problems including giving me the ability to pick her up off the ground with ease. Training her is going very well. Wish that I had this harness when training the family husky.
